Head of the deified Alexander III to right, wearing elephant skin headdress and aegis around his neck. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ Eagle with spread wings standing left on thunderbolt; to left, monogram of Σ and Ω above Galatian shield and monogram of X and P; between eagle's legs, Λ. CPE B191.
